To help defray the costs of production and mailing, we are now making this item available on a subscription basis. When we add online transactions to our Web site, you will be able to subscribe from here. Until then, you may subscribe by surface mail, a customer service that will continue.

A one-year subscription (6 bi-monthly issues) is available at $20.00 per year, within the United States, $25.00 per year for International orders. A two-year subscription ( 12 bimonthly issues) is available at a reduced rate of $39.00 U.S., $49.00 International.
