As widely known as he was for being the brilliant lead guitarist behind Ian & Sylvia, Rick Turner is now internationally famous due to his subsequent long career as a luthier, electronics designer and innovator. In 1997 Rick moved his instrument-making facility from the outskirts of LA to Santa Cruz, California, where he and his team now build Renaissance instruments, Turner guitars, and custom projects.
