    #1639621, mahogany back and sides with an Adirondack “Red” spruce top, with Geib style hard shell case.

    We now have, and can share with you, the full details of construction that C F Martin put into it.     Where shall we begin?   This is a 0000-14 fret which is also known by the moniker “M.”  The top is, of course, wide-grained Adirondack and the bridges are ¼” scalloped in the Golden Era mode.   Its top binding is East Indian rosewood, utilizing black-maple-black fiber.   The rosette is “Old Style -18” and is comprised of wood fiber inlays.    But wait . . . there's more.  Please click the photo, the headline or "More Info" for, um, more info and lots 'o' photos.

    #02593732, ith original black Gibson hard shell case, with the Gibson logo and, in addition, “B B King” silkscreened on the lid. Condition is solidly excellent showing only the lightest signs of use.

    This absolutely gorgeous semi-hollow body deluxe instrument has its Kluson style rectangular back tuners replaced with Schaller gold #503 tuners but the originals reside in a box in the case.   The Schallers likely stay in tune a whole lot better than the Kluson styles did.   

    This has been $2361 with a Cash Discount Price of $2295 but it is "on hold"  for a person in Connecticut.

    Described as a Mary Kaye Tribute Closet Classic Strat, white blonde, premium light ash body, maple fingerboard, gold hardware; 2 custom ‘50s vintage single coil pickups (hand wound by Abigail Ybarra, tremolo and Fender/Gotoh vintage style tuners.  It comes with two Certificates of Authenticity, one of which is signed by Mary Kaye, herself, and the other by the craftsperson who built the guitar, whose illustrious name is (wait for it, here it comes, almost here:) Yuriy Shishkov.  His signature also appears on the back of the headstock.

    This was apparently a semi-custom order because it does not have the traditional Collings (gleaming white pearl) script logo on the headstock.   It does have a beautifully polished ebony headplate.  Style -3 Collings' are this builder's highest  line - the best quality woods and purflings are selected, the trim is stark yet tasteful, the sound that emits from this exalted level may make your ears gently mew.

    We present a very small guitar with a truly huge sound (for its size). The Adirondack spruce top brings out the complexity and the increased sonority of its tone. Very small, but very hard to pass up.  This gorgeous gerbil has Waverly brand open-gear butterbean button tuners, and an unbound jet black ebony fingerboard with only 3 mother of pearl dotmarkers of decreasing size.  When it is on the market it shall sell here for a Discount Price of $3,550 and a Cash Discount Price of $3,450.

    #444909, East Indian rosewood and possibly Sitka spruce, a Grand Concert sized instrument whose oval shaped white interior label is signed by both C F Martin III and C F Martin IV.

    This is in excellent condition with molded thermoplastic hard shell case.    We call this a 00-42+ because this unusual example has additional pearl inlaid around the border of the back, as well as the top, the soundhole and bordering the face surrounding the fingerboard extension.   If it had pearl on its sides it would be a top of the line Style 00-45.

    This exceptionally well-crafted guitar was made by Frank Krocker, in Germany.   A search for other makers of professional quality baritone guitars, that are collapsible for travel, turns up zero results, except for this maker.   He’s been building these guitars for around 15 years; he builds six-string steel strings, six and seven-string jazz guitars, nylon string Frame guitars and this baritone.

    Behold one of the most beautiful, and fine sounding, cutaway body, medium sized, professional-level guitars in our entire inventory or supremely fine acoustic guitars.  Per the list of “ingredients” provided by the builder on the neck block this guitar is made from Cocobolo, Master Grade Port Orford cedar top, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and bridge, and abalone inlaid soundhole with abalone etched diamond fingerboard inlays starting at the 3rd fret and continuing to the 19th.
