IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that we point out that this case was made for a McPherson MG4.0 guitar, which fits is perfectly! We tried other instruments and found that it can fit a 000 or an OM model. It will NOT, however, fit a full-sized dreadnought, a slope-shouldered dreadnought, a Martin Style M or J (or any other Small Jumbo). Some of these shapes just won't fit , and others fit in but the case lid won't close because the body's too deep. So if you have a McPherson 3.5 or 4.0 and want a Calton for it - this is it. It won't fit a McPherson 4.5 or 5.0. Also it does fit an 000 or OM though not as perfectly as that size McPherson will.
