Made by hand by one of America’s finest luthier-repairpersons in Bloomingdale,GA, this mandola has a relatively short scale (for a mandola) of 15 ¾” nut to saddle. It has a body width of 11” and a total length of 30”. Its beauty and exquisite workmanship restoreth our desire to play mandola. It is mostly free from any and all signs of normal playing time which is, in itself, remarkable, although a critic with prodigious eyesight may find a few extremely small dings here and there.
