Its condition is excellent. $1,335 or, at our cash discount price, $1,295.

78-7100 Fender ’62 Vintage Reissue (used, recent) Jazz Bass, V127890, three-tone sunburst with a beautiful East Indian rosewood fingerboard and a three-ply bordered tortoise shell pickguard, with a black rectangular hard shell case.
This replicates the famous and desirable Fender Jazz Bass with the twin concentric knobs in the lower trouble bout, having the standard Jazz Bass pickup configuration, an ebony thumb rest on the treble side of the first string, white dotmarkers in a gorgeous rosewood board with lots of grain variation and a bone (or bone-like) nut. The headstock is maple and bears the larger Fender gold logo bordered in black with four Patent numbers under the logo, and then “Jazz Bass” in large black block with “Trade Mark, Electric Bass” underneath that, and then its “Original Contour Body” decal is located just under the first string capstan. 15-6397 Fender (used, 1979) Precision Bass, natural finish, #S866609, maple board, in excellent condition with original hard shell case.
This very fine bass guitar shows light normal signs of ordinary use and wear including nicks, scratches, dings and some light buckle marks on back. It has a four bolt F-plate which at this time bears no serial number – the serial number appears on the maple headplate along with “Fender Precision Bass, Made in USA.” The black thumb rest on the bass side of the E string remains, and the parts and components appear to be all original. We do not think the cover over the pickups remains with the instrument but the cover for the bridge is in the case. It has the long, peninsular, amorphous white and black bordered pickguard, the two large corrugated controls for volume and tone, and the twin single coil black pickups in the bridge position. The hard shell case is missing one of its latches. $2,056 or at our cash discount price $1,995.
